Collection: Palisades

The resort formerly known as Squaw Valley, now known as Palisades Tahoe after changing its name in 2021, was founded in 1949 and is the largest snow resort in the Lake Tahoe area.  It was even chosen as the host of the 1960 Winter Olympics. There is now a gondola connecting Alpine Meadows & Palisades, a 2.4 miles base to base trip.

**Sno*Cal is not in any way affiliated with Palisades or any of the awesome CA ski resorts**
